At Home with Diversity® certification is designed to enable you to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. market.

ABR® designees advocate for homebuyers, and are recognized as distinguished agents in the industry. The designation program establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer's representative.

GRI – In today’s competitive business environment, it often takes more than just motivation and initiative to succeed. Earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation is a way to stand to prospective home buyers and as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate.

CIPS – Global real estate opportunities are everywhere. People move to the U.S. from other countries every day and foreign-born individuals residing in the U.S. move to new markets. Americans in your current market may look to invest in property overseas. No matter which audience you cater to, the CIPS designation will provide you with the knowledge, research, network and tools to globalize and expand your business.

RSPS – RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.

SFR – The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.

HUD – When a HUD Home becomes available for sale, it is listed on HUD Home Store (and usually on the Multiple Listing Service). Any real estate broker who is properly registered with HUD may submit contracts for purchase.
